Refund policy

All sales are final and non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you believe you have received a defective product or a product with an error, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Damages, Personalization Error and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of your order being scanned at delivery if the item is defective, damaged, has an error or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at maedaymaedaymaedaymaeday@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is response for cost of all return shipping. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and related costs. A 10% restock fee will be deducted from your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
